d) SPACE will not be responsible for any damage or event caused by third parties, whether directly or indirectly. This includes, but is not limited to, damages and losses resulting from virus attacks, device invasion, hacking, system failures, server issues, internet connection issues, and even the use of software that may damage physical or technological assets due to the transfer of data, files, images, texts, audio, or videos contained on the website when accessed by the user.
e) IIn this sense, SPACE advises all users to use devices with legal, up-to-date systems, as well as to use antivirus and anti-invasion systems, in addition to having good Internet use practices, which include and are not limited to ethics, morality, legality and good faith.
